Looking for hydraulics pump

The hydraulics pump on my 1993 XM 2.1TDI is very weak and needs to be replaced.
Are there even new ones for sale? If not, then used works as well.

Btw, a quick question - is hydraulics pump same as power steering pump? And how do I know which ones fit my car? I can see there are a lot of different ones that work, but they have different measures.

How do you know it is the pump that is faulty?
Before condemning it, ensure the suction hose is not leaking air in, the regulator isn't leaking pressure away, either via the bleed screw, or internal one-way valves and possibly most likely, the Lhm is clean and the filters in the reservoir are both clean. A dirty suction filter can significantly reduce the pumps ability to create pressure rapidly.

The pumping elements don't normally fail. Pressure is lost due to the one way disk valves failing to seal properly. Stripping, lapping and rebuilding can be a fix.

All the hydraulics, steering, brakes, suspension, are powered by a single pump

I read about use a bleed screw , during the change of the spheres. Do you know where is located. In websites i could find information of xantia, but not of XM

Not a bleed screw, it's a pressure release valve bolt, it is located on the accumulator valve just below the accumulator sphere, the bolt is a 13 or 12 mm bolt head, loosen the bolt by turning it half to one and half turns, this will open the pressure release and send the LHM back to the res tank

The bolt head is 12mm. Often referred to as the 12mm bleed bolt.

As already said, only undo it enough to release the pressure and not fully, otherwise there is a risk of losing the ball bearing it presses against.
