For Sale: 2.0 TCT Engine & Gearbox - 52k miles

I'm selling the 2.0 TCT engine that is being removed from my Xantia Activa due to the V6 engine going in.

The engine has only covered 52k miles from new and runs as sweet as a nut not using a drop of oil or water.

The timing belt was changed 15k miles/6 years ago but it'd make sense to do it again whilst it's out of the car before you fit it to anything.

The gearbox is in great condition as well, it drops in and out of gear as smoothly as the day it left the factory. No crunching between gears or anything like that. I'm not sure if the gearbox will fit an XM though, it's the ML5T gearbox with a hydraulic clutch.

I'm asking £350 for the engine and gearbox.

Collection preferred due to size/weight but I could possibly organise a pallet.

This engine is being removed on Friday 6th or Saturday 7th June in WELWYN GARDEN CITY, collection is welcome and preferred from there as I'm not sure I'll be able to get it home to Glasgow.

If bought and paid for I could possibly take a pallet with me and put it on the pallet when removed and arrange for uplift as long as this isn't a problem for the garage that are going to be removing the engine.

have you still got this? what would you be willing to sell it for without all the gubbings like the loom, ecu gearbox. i just need the block and maybe the head and turbo
