I like it. Gold really suits XM and the manual box means it should perform rather better than most V6.

Trouble is the CX might actually be worth something when your done, this won't yet.

You right Will, it is a 12v but even so, probably the nicer engine, if it was run 2 years ago it may be OK but the body kit doesn't help rust prevention. All pointless anyway because for a few hundred quid its a fair price.

The one I was thinking of was abandoned in a field by a visiting Brit when it broke down and was never collected, wonder what happened to it?

The car you are on about was in South Tipp near Clonmel. It was a minty green V6 with cloth. It was filthy dirty after being in an open shed for years. Covered in years of bird dirt and really mouldy interior. Low mileage of 40k though. After 2 years it eventually sold. Don't know anything about it but I saw it advertised once in Dublin after for parts as it had no paperwork.

Its plainly obvious.. Its a 12v v6 russ... The 24v engine has different spark plug leads and are deeper.

I know that, it's been retro fitted with the badges. Clearly it is a 12v. It's Jason throwing in another car that is in a similar condition that's confused things. I was just joking....
