2.0 ltr Turbo Exclusive F/S or parts

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Hi,
Sorry to be so long out of touch.

Right things dad has told me that I forgot/didn't know.

"Steering rack and associated power assistance ram, pressure regulator and all spheres probably need replacing to the extremely high pressure surge on the hydraulic system. The hydraulic pipework also needs attention.

So the good things are:-

Its only done 210000 miles!
The engine still goes very well.
The body work is in good condition and has very little rust due to being wax-olied regularly.
The leather seats are in good condition apart form the driver’s seat which has minor scuff marks.
All electric items work except for the cruise control.
It has just had a new serpentine belt and associated pulley. I can’t remember if the timing belt and tensioners were replaced at the same time but will go to see him in the next couple of days.
There are two new tyres.
It has a very complete service history."

The front bumper is a vsx (I think) spec. I.e. A small part of the bumper is grey not all Exclusive spec green. Although the car was not in crash, my dad sadly hit a badger one night which basically made the bumper unusable.
Regarding the leather, it is really only the drivers side looking tired as you may imagine, but I will try and get photographs for you.
My dad is keen it isn't scrapped, to the point that if the car isn't taken as is, he's considering buying the necessary parts from people on here and getting it fixed with a view to selling.

I'm always open to people's thoughts and suggestions so feel free to comment.
