I suspect he glass has come out of the runner and is jammed. If you reach round the glass at the bottom edge, in the centre, there is a nylon C-ring that holds the glass onto the drive guide.
pull the C-ring off and push the glass off the drive guide, then you should be able to lift it int he guides, if not, it has jammed.
