Please save this car!!!

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

I've already got a Petter, that's the next best thing but its only about 1kw, won't run my water pump, this one is a 'Kipor' no, I had never heard of them either, but am very impressed so far, most spares available on ebay - very cheap and I downloaded a full service manual for free! Chinese but very good value and it is electric start, diesel of course. Didn't think it was bad for £150.00. According to some of the reviews there the best thing since sliced bread - but I reserve my judgment.

Paul

I like old engines, even older then the 2.1! A friend of mine had a Lister startomatic with about 4' flywheels, he has emigrated now but it was to heavy for him to take. :(

Not me Peter but never mind. I'll have to get my own house in order that's all.
Shame if it's being broken for the seats mind.

I think the situation could be one mentioned earlier, when I bought the white one the chap was completely inundated with calls and I dont think he wanted the hassle, so suggested a price and I came up with the cash. I doubt that it has been scrapped, I think someone has taken it on as a runner.
