Hi Robert,

I'd be interested in the system though TBH not so keen about a swap although I fully see where you're coming from.
The spare 2.0i na system I mentioned having spare is going onto one of mine which is actually one of the next jobs
I've got lined up - that an an Activa engine swap...

I realise a secondhand exhaust isn't the best idea and I would prefer to fit new boxes but short of replacing the lot
(ballpark into the £100's with the cat involved) short term I'd be chasing shadows guessing which piece to concentrate
on first whereas a full paired set seen fitted on a car would tide me over nicely for when I'm better placed to buy
the best at the right price.

Mind Robert, the way you describe the system it would describe mine too - it looks OK but I'm not sure if there are
any baffles left! Please pm me a £!

Andrew

Ok Robert thanks, that could work. Courier may be extortionate though! :(
Whereabouts in NI are you; I have this idea you're in Newry!?

I bought a whole system, From CAT backwards from Online automotive for my Onyx TCT...

I junked the Original Setup, and used that one you have shown in the diagram Andrew,

The different setups will fit all cars.. no problem. I was lucky in that the cat on mine was fairly good.. and still works..

Manifold gasket? I think that's where TCT's often fail, but it's a bugger to get to if you're unsure. Both my TCT's passt and present have been wheezy but never bad enough to fail MOT.

Hi Stuart.

Thanks for your response! The downpipe is part of the neck for the cat which is actually
the part I need the most now as I'm going to take Dean's lead and fit the different set up
of the standard 8v non turbo. If you do want to sell the cat please let me know!! :D

Saying that Stu, it'd be well worth my checking out the system you do have available - whereabouts
are you located again (London?). Any chance of a picture or two or is the system still on the car?
