He had the car off me 7 years ago.. i need to get the front off side cill sorted and in for mot..

Rare survivng early H plate.. infact has the same RP as the ole SED im breaking up from rotton body..

Is this not the one that had new sills welded on previously?

It had a professional rebuild so to speak will ... however .. tyre fitters jacked the car on the jacking point and yes .. bent it inwards taking the cill with it and with nothing said was left for 11 months to take water in and make a mess...

So some work is now needed. Near side is perfectly fine..

Ive just recived a report of possibly diesel engine runaway....

I shall investigate tomorrow and report further.

Not sure whats best to do now..

do you not have a spare engine you could drop in to repair it paul? first ive ever heard of a 2.1 running away

If the turbo seals go, or the engine oil level is too high, off they go. We destroyed a number of new Peugeot 406 at work some years ago.

Gotta be an overfill as turbo failures on a 2.1 Bosch have to be rare in xm land...

Firstly will kp H reg.. no bosch its lucas..

Secondly oil level never touched and been the same for the last 3k

Thirdly.. going over after work to see.

Forthly.. could do without an engine swap. Yes ive got one or two or three 2.1s but we wanted this one sorted and gone so i can get on with my own few...
