You could of course find something totally different to do tomorrow, like do some new plumbing in the bathroom? Testing your XM's spheres or.....

Good CXs are getting rare and the prices are firming up (unlike XMs!!)

I loved my CX, it was just a bit short on legroom for my lanky legs

The XM is much better

While the photos don't tell too much she does look nice and with even a modicum of TLC will be a solid investment that you can also enjoy!

Hi Dean, I didn't see a CX in the link but I'm guessing it is Richard Whittaker's old one before he recently passed away (?) If you do manage to pick up this CX I have a pair of front seats that I was about to send to Richard before his contact broke off.

Loss of another great man. While I was writing the CX column Richard was one of the few remaining enthusiastic correspondants to write in so often. Sadly missed.

I know of him but never stopped to speak, i would often see him parked up in his CX taking in the views at one of our beauty spots over here but didnt have the time to stop, besides it always seemed rude to disturb a man enjoying a bit of quiet lunch.

Well i just phoned to check. Lot 3, one Citroen CX went under the hammer on the 25th of July for..........................750 poxy quid.............should have cancelled work and attended!
