CITROEN DEALERSHIP/no dipsticks. Xm

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Tony
using your chassis No. service citroen does not come up with your exact car spec/parts list,

and on looking specifically at the lubrication section, which is were the dipstick should be, there are non showing,

but if i do a general search with XM it does show all of these 2.0 versions, and also shows dipsticks price and part No.'s,

if you tell me which is yours from the lust below i will then go back in and get you the info

MK1
PETROL AND 1,998L AND CARBURETTOR AND AIR CONDITIONING UNTIL RPO 06140
PETROL AND 1,998L AND CARBURETTOR AND INJECTION AND AIR CONDITIONING SINCE RPO 06141
PETROL AND 1,998L AND CARBURETTOR AND INJECTION SINCE RPO 06141
PETROL AND 1,998L AND CARBURETTOR UNTIL RPO 06140
PETROL AND 1,998L AND MONOPOINT INJ AND 1,998L AND INJECTION UNTIL RPO 06140
PETROL AND 1,998L AND MONOPOINT INJ AND INJECTION AND AIR CONDITIONING UNTIL RPO 06140
PETROL AND 1,998L AND TURBO-INJECTION EXCHANGER
PETROL AND 1,998L AND TURBO-INJECTION EXCHANGER AND AIR CONDITIONING

the list below is what comes up for MK2 which is probably much the same as the above list, but with engine codes instead of CC

MK2
INJECTION XU10J2
INJECTION XU10J4R AND BE3 AND AIR CONDITIONING UNTIL RPO 07083
INJECTION XU10J4R AND BE3 AND WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING UNTIL RPO 07083
INJECTION XU10J4R AND BE3 SINCE RPO 07084 UNTIL RPO 07972
INJECTION XU10J4R AND BE3R MANUAL GEARBOX SINCE RPO 07973
INJECTION XU10J4R AND BVA AND AIR CONDITIONING
INJECTION XU10J4R AND BVA AND WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING
INJECTION XU10J4R AND BVM ME AND AIR CONDITIONING
INJECTION XU10J4R AND BVM ME AND WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING

ps.
if im roght ignor my last poast above,

as i just tried a different approach entering your chassis No.,
i looked at your cars specific characteristics and it shows me your engine code being
XU10J2TE

the only engine code in the list above is under MK2 and does not have the TE after it,
so if this is correct the price and part No. for your dipstick is

Part Number Description Quantity Price excl. VAT Price incl. VAT Total incl. VAT Selection
0000117402 ENGINE OIL GAUG 8.93 GBP 10.72 GBP 10.72 GBP

let me know if incorrect

also pm. sent

regards malcolm

if the engine code above is indeed your engine,
just aim the above part No. at the dealer/dipstick

if you cant find it on your engine plate, it should be in your chassis No.
