Damn, can't get the gate shut - should've bought a shorter car - Activa perhaps?
OR MAYBE NOT!!
I really like the colour - set's the estate shape off nicely - looks very smart and sophisticated.
The ride height still isn't quite right on that white one's back end though!!!?
Chris, you'll need to get that signature of yours fettled.
Andrew
Yes, thats quite annoying, been wondering about having a sliding gate on there, then it would comfortably take 4 cars with the gate shut. Although the Xms are always parked at the back of the house, which is totally enclosed and walled in - i dont actually think the neighbours know how many cars we have! The other cars also go at the back or in the garage so its only the odd times during the day which the drive is full. Hence how tight our parking is, since i dont leave any cars on show, and just when i was thinking we have loads of room now we have an even bigger car!
Hmm an Activa, maybe next time ....
Yes sure are, the red does look very nice, its a tiny bit dull looking at the moment, but i polished the rear wing with paint restorer and then polish and its came up a treat, brighter and much more shiny, looks a much better colour. Ill do the rest at the weekend. It could do with some alloys and mudflaps ....
The estate does look quite a big bigger then the hatch, indeed it is too. I think the shape suits the colour too, its a very nice colour, also makes a change since everything else here is either silver or white, with one green car in the mix.
I know, ive never done anything with the rear height since i mentioned it last time, it is a little bit on the low side at the rear, will have to make it a little higher. It was superb on the trip yesterday, 250 effortless miles.
Looking forward to having the estate properly sorted, with cambelts, this suspension switchy thing etc so we can get use out of it. Plan to use this more often than the other, as its so handy.
Chris, more pictures coming ....
Im just on with my sig now, trying to make another
