Do you know the spec and age of that one, it looks a nice car. Early model, unusual colour, no sunroof. I know it's LHD and got a strut through the bonnet...

Ebay experiance tells me people rest in the middle of an auction run and then start up asking Qs again when there's only days or hours left..

imho, well worth the money as it only needs paintwork finishing and titvation. It could be absolutely perfect before the Summer is out.

Both parties should be happy with this deal.

Many thanks Will and I am certainly happy with the price that covers my expenditure if not my time and the car seems to be going to a good home. Although there was a lot of interest on the Bay in terms of watchers and views (79 and 1,600 at the end), only two serious buyers emerged after a full week, so I think I achieved the best possible sale. I also agree that the car should be very nice when finished with relatively little work required. With regards, Matthew T.

Congrats Matthew, very pleased the hard work has found a good home and investment is covered. I’m sure he’s going to be happy, always fancied trying out a V6 to see just what the difference is from the 2.0i.
