Wanted Valeo 9451R2 or 6451R3 heater controller

Does anyone have a Valeo 9451R2 or 6451R3 heater controller please?
For my Y4 non-AC VSX TCT.
Three knobs, "Electronic Control" written on bottom left, horizontal slider bottom right for recirculated or external air.
This place have one but they won't ship to the UK anyme due to brexit.
