Did anyone have a good 2.0 Turbo S1 Ac hose?.. the one from compressor to driver side condenser inlet?
Mine isn't good the thread in the coupling and is over lapping the thread at the condenser outlet.
I think its part code is "Freon tube - 96066792 or 6457 H7"
Need it to finish asap the car. Thank you.

Best to go to a local A/c specialist and have one made up. A hydraulics supplier may be able to make one.

Same guy which weld the condenser, chopped the pipe tube( steel) and cleaned the thread from alu residues and weld it back. All fitted now, I can hear the engine running, Yayyy, but the nut from alternator pulley come off( they didn't tighten properly

) now need to fint the way to tighten it properly without stripping again

I think the only way to tighten the alternator pulley nut will be to counter-hold the fan.
One would think the nut would self tighten being right hand thread.
Your engineering contact certainly sounds useful.
