Perhaps the advert was written by hand and the people at the paper couldn't read it and thought it as 8 when it was 5 and K when it was - M
Or perhaps it was typed - K is next to M and 5 next to 8 on the numeric keypad.
Or perhaps the current owner doesn't have a clue what it is
I have recently heard rumour of an L reg 2.5. It's ORGA (which was given along with the reg) was 15 days before mine which makes it 1 June 94 so it is feasible it could have been registered an L, but I thought they only sold the Mk2 on M plates. No way there could be one on a K though.
