It looks nice, I like his marker points for the front corners, if I bought a car with those, I would be tempted to put mini Tricolores on it!

Pricey as well, does it have 50K miles or something on the clock???? (it would be nice if they could have put the mileage on the ad)

I'm not a big fan of the wheels or the idiot sticks or are they flag staffs?
But what's the mileage for that sort of price!?
He's been sniffing the same thinners as WHM

What with the TWO 'Bic' biro's stuck on each front bumper corner so as to judge the extent of the front end/corners ?
I've never seen them on an XM before, I wonder if there are after market Citroen approved accessory

Is that Pigeon Poo in the middle of the nose cone or bodywork/paint damage, also note albeit it has the climate control panel it does not have the rear transfer chamber/ports for the rear passengers (When you look at the drivers side door open on dash/console side) so not the really the full real deal climate set up IMHO likewise the horrible pattern of the velour upholstery as was fitted towards the end of the production run !
My friend had an 'R' registered saloon in the same colour once with that same upholstery, lower type/spec. climate control and also NO sunroof !

Come on; the first thing to do as a car sales/garage is depersonalise the car.
I'm surprised they didn't leave the furry dice hanging off the rearview mirror.
The car is screaming for the "Knights of the road" badge emblem bollocks,
and Corsa wheels to be removed and a nice set of wobbly webs instead!

Hi All

Just out of interest no headlamp washers and no air vents through front doors pillar became standard for UK estates from 1997 model year on.
Some only got a single button plip set as well. The vents are only in the trim panels (door and door pillar) not through metal work.
Unfortunately even an avid trim swapper would be hard pushed to upgrade as the lower set of vents and pipework are omitted from the dashboard.
A strange economy when aircon became standard on these estates. As pointed out in a previous post Aircon without full climate control.

Were they using up their stock of SX spec bits and bobs before the production run ended?

I couldn't see any reference to the mileage which probably means its about head gasket time, I might have thought about it if it had been about £2k cheaper.
