Mk1 XM hatchback parts wanted - branch damage

I am looking for a left rear quarter glass, the one that sits along the side of the boot area (not part of the door). I believe it will need to be taken out with a wire cutter like the windscreen is.

A front grill panel, that GRP section that sits across between the top of the front bumper and the bonnet and sits around the headlights, side lights and includes the center slats.

Those rear quarter glass are very difficult to remove as they have a double layer of bonding. The seal is stuck to the glass and is easily damaged by using a wire cutter and sawing action.
The best method is to cut the metal frame out of the car and use a sharp scraper, lubricated with soapy water, driven through the bonding.

The glass should be available through a local car glass installer.

I do have one, but with some removal marks and no seal. I'm somewhat loathe to sell it as I may need it and am not sure glass will transport well.

For the nosecone, what colour. I have some that have minor damage in the engine bay area. Again, not a part that will travel well.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I'll speak to car glass installers. I just assumed would be unobtainable now.
I agree re the nose cone but mine is wrecked by that tree branch along with the headlight and bonnet is buckled badly. I was thinking a large box with bubble wrap and fragile stickers. Maybe even a plank or two of laminate. I have in the past ordered such items for delivery to seller and then arranged collection. I can collect from central Scotland and I'm down in Stoke on Trent area later today and tomorrow but a bit short notice!

Car has been back on the road for 5 months now. Just need to paint. Still looking for the rear left quarter panel glass. Comes off with a wire cutter between the glass and the mastic/body.

Use a thin stainless steel wire, to remove that quarter panel glass. I do have that front panel between bumper and bonnet, it is from estate mark 1 and is silver in colour

Are you likely to be travelling down to England at any point. I doubt that piece of glass will travel well.
Is anyone you know likely to attend any Citroen Car Club events?

A piece of toughened glass the size of a rear quater window is quite hard to break without a direct blow from a sharp edge, I would just sandwich it between 2 slabs of polystyrene and wrap in cardboard with lashings of tape. Think of all the more fragile things like TVs and PS that get shipped every day, just wrapped in cardboard.
