Was someone in Wales not looking to sell almost dead xm's recently rather than send them to the crusher? Maybe they will let you have a carrier.

Yes, me though I'd like to say they're all in working order and only almost dead as I no longer have the
storage space to keep them mothballed. I can look to see if I have a spare carrier, trim strip and light
and can pull them off a complete car before it meets the fate of weighing in although I'm still trying
to find alternative options albeit unsuccessfully...

Andrew
there is the one on the car at my work!
Now, there is no rush to dismantle it while you're busy shuffling cars, but it is there.

I feel for you Andrew, I really really do. If I could save one, I would. But I honestly can't, due to time, money and space constraints. However, if I can put a little cash in your pocket for the parts it can hopefully add to any budget you have to keep your current XMs roadworthy.
I'm more than happy to wait for every chance of the cars' survival to be exhausted. It's times like this I wish I could win the lottery, buy a big barn and store/restore lots of lovely cars

Keep dreaming shall I
