Drivers side headlight

Hi all

Urgently require a front drivers side head light and side light. I hit a deer that ran out in the road on the A15 just north of Lincoln. It came off worse than me but I can't find a reasonably priced light.
Any help most appreciated as it's our only car. 2.1 TD Auto hatch.

Just took them off a car today. £35 for side and headlight. delivered in uk if interested. Can courier on Wednesday. Campbell

Hi thanks for that. Just bought the headlight if eBay blast . I Need both side lights if u have them let me know I can pay with a card or cheque

Hi Phil/Campbell,

Please be aware that a S1/S1.5 headlight WILL NOT fit an S2, but you can use an S2 headlight ( by using 2 spacers to mount the centre grill) to an S1/S1.5 !

So Phil, as your XM is an S2 :-

Can anyone help me find two new front strut return pipes, They need to go from the strut to the solid pipe on the inner wing. My local dealer can't help can't seem to find them anywhere. The car is a 1996 XM TD Auto 2.1

Your /\ quote from THIS thread for ref. and IIRC the one Campbell is breaking (is not an S2) therefore will be of no use to you !

Unless your just after the glass/lense as that can be transferred over (If of course the rest of the casing/housing and the chrome/reflector is not damaged on your XM), anyhow its all been covered before in THIS thread if you need to know more ?

I hope that the /\ is of help to you and others if you weren't aware of the differences (Just as some E-Bayer's)

Phil,If you've done a deal with Campbell for the O/S side-light, no worries but I do have a spare N/S and O/S side-light, if you need the N/S ( PM me) , I hope the E-Bay headlight purchased is from an S2, if not that will be of no use to you !

Ta for the info. I had noticed the glass was identical and assumedights were the same. I do actually have both side lights. It was late last night and I have man flu. The offside light has gone opaque and has a crack at the inside. I have the nearside in great condition. I was being confused with the indicator / fog of which I only have the offside.

Will mail Phil today. He maystill need your help.

Hope u r feeling ok today !! I was told the headlight is a mk2. I will buy both side lights if pos as the drivers side has gone and the passenger side is made fro a plastic milk bottle !!
