S1.5 XM 2.0l Prestige, 84k miles, 8 months MOT £250

Morning guys,
Due to a change of plans my XM is going to have to go up for sale
The bodywork is totally rust free, even all of the jacking points are straight! There are a few parking dings and scrapes, nothing serious though.
The car has been running on Hydraurincage for 2000 miles now as it keeps sticking in sport mode, getting better.
It has months MOT, just had a new accumulator sphere so there is around 30 seconds between 'clicks'.
The only real issues with the car are that the front outer CV joints can click on tight turns, the suspension sticking in sport mode, and the gearbox is a bit noisy (slight whine at low speed).
The locks can be a bit tempramental, I have to put the key in a couple of times before it engages and unlocks.
The above price reflects the issues i think.
The car is located 10 mins from the M1, off of junction 21a near Leicester.
