Yes we already know.. Its one of Mr Smarts XMs he has up for grabs Not sure if thats an old ad and the car has had some more upgrades since then...

I trust that was a tone of boredom and disappointment and not sarcasm, which ever, do forgive my naive enthusiasm but I was suckered in by "Posted yesterday" and the fact it did not show up on Gumtree when I found the other two fresh(?) XMs. I thought I had found another new gem to share with others........ alas not the case. I have not been following the history of Gumtree listings so I had no idea it was a re-listing of a known car.

I did renew and review the advert on gumtree. Perhaps some of our more eagle eyed members will have spotted some differences.

I see you've reduced the price by £200 for one of the changes/differences from the previous GUM-TREE listings, but as it states 'No longer available' theres no info/photo's to compare with (So are there some more changes) ?

Yes, a reduction in the asking price, and the description has been beefed in places (chat about the rally season etc), and the car no longer is sporting the SE alloy wheels at this price. However if an interested party wishes to buy the car with the SE alloy wheels no negotiation of the asking price will be entertained.

It looks so obvious now Robert (That you've pointed that out)
If it does sell as it stands (With-out the SE Alloy's) you'll end up with with stack of alloys !

Have you got the 24 Valve/Early S2 Exclusive alloys from Paul yet
As I do remember you out bid me on the Stud-bolts he was selling at the same time

Yes, I did. And the wheel bolts! They were needed desperately for this SD. The car was all cleaned up and ready before the wheels were on, and a nice blink of weather appeared so I got the camera out.

If I end up keeping these SE wheels, I may put them on my White Turbo SD or the Green Turbo SD estate. Decisions, decisions.

I had noticed the weelz had gone.

Thought you might want to offload them at a cheap price...
