Have these all been done on a Mac in illustrator or the 'old fashioned'
method using ellipse guides, marker pad and marker and then
digitally remastered?

I ask as I'm old school and have tried selling something a little bit
'looser' than what you're offering here as personalised commissions
(more than just a reg number!) but I'm ancient now and that was
pre Internet!!

These are all done on Mac in photoshop. All illustrated by me. The posters can be completely personalised down to colours, backgrounds and any details the buyer wishes. Full commissions are if I haven't got the car in question already illustrated. My library is constantly growing, see my website for details. I am about to launch an improved design.
I have an Automotive design degree from Coventry uni, hence my car illustration skills, and why they are quite tight and very detailed. I have an idea for an XM piece of artwork which will be non model specific and a little more abstract. We will see!

All of my artwork has proved very popular at rallies (especially the ICCCR) and infact around the world... sold in all four corners! I intend to increase my postcard collections with Xantias and BX's, as well as some new posters of both. So watch out for those guys!!!

All the best

Russ

Your art work is really excellent, the t-shirt I got from you at the CXM is also very good!

Id like a series one Xantia artwork piece, maybe even a t-shirt ... Let me know if you do one :)

Will do Chris,...Xantias are on my to do list. Thanks for buying the t-shirt too, sorry I didn't meet you properly, I must have been in deep conversation with someone when you bought the t-shirt...I think my artwork is going to feature in a new Citroen book.
There was a writer at CXM who 'discovered' the postcards!!

I was admiring your V6 Xantia at CXM. Very nice in deed. I love the exhaust note on them. Very addictive!

Hey Russ, I'm another graduate of Cov Transport Design Course (class of 1994). What era do you hail from?

Nice to see you've got the XM and Triumph Stag in your catalogue: that's two of my stable illustrated.

Another Cov grad! :D Wow... I'm class 2001 - 2005, though I sometimes wish I had my skills that I have now, only did the course in the 80's. Would have been less competition! Thanks for you kind comments. I'm slowly adding more to the collection. Always open to commissions!!!
