Selling off one (or bits

) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Hi guys...
My recent scare with my acc cable made me realise that i need to build up a spare "one of these and one of those" so that if the car breaks anything i can at least have the parts to fix it myself if thats possible.
Im after a spare 2.1td clutch cable for mine......1993 model
Anything knocking about?
I could also do with an elec window reg for the front passemger side
Thanks
Vince

Do the cables ever break, or just the quadrant?

Cables are rather Think... The quadrant is a weakness, and we need to press on for more of them
Colin P from norway made a nice promise but hasn't followed on. I beleve he had a good order Qty from us too.. I got one from him last time...
Ive got a cable that sometime in the past has broke at the Pedal, on the end of the short cable... Strange.. Still got it too...

That is an easy fix, just bend a piece of metal with a cut out for the cable.

I've a cable with this issue too - but seriously, you can get cables made of any type so it won't be too difficult to get a batch made up - I'd happily spend £40-50 for a spare, having had one break on me.

I expect you'll find they are much more than £50 to get custom made in small quantities. I paid £75 for a new one from stock back in the summer.
