This is an early Series 1 car with NO sunroof!

Genuine 58k miles on clock. Was owned by one family before me, the father passed it onto his son when he stopped driving and I purchased the car from his son. I believe it may have been a Citroen UK car for a few months prior to this as it has a Citroen UK number plate on it.

There are a few marks on the bodywork but nothing major for a 13 year old car.

The car will come with 12 months MOT and I am willing to negotiate on tax.

I am looking for offers in the region of £700.

David, did you say this has a sunroof!? I guess this hasn't had the timing belt done yet or has it had
a new one due to the age rather than mileage?

And there's nothing wrong with green Xantiae!!!!!!

NO Sunroof.

No idea on the timing belt tbh, but according to the guides on the 406 Coupé owners club they aren't that bad to do.

According to the lads on FCF it's worth a lot more then the 700 quid i've listed it at.

Watch, the FCF lads are talking the value up as they'd like to think theirs are worth
loads of £££'s!

I paid £400 for my 58k mile s2 with AC/leather/sunroof and there are two being
dropped in their asking prices on ebay at the moment and another minter being
scrapped thanks to the abhorrent Government Scrappage scheme...

OK, there were only 434 v6's ever sold as RHD in the UK (IIRC - I haven't rechecked
this figure) so it's rarer than an Activa s1 yet more common than a s2 Activa (234) !!!

I'm going to advertise the car at £900 with 6 months tax.

I need it gone now as I've bought another car and unfortunately the sale of my Discovery which I was relying on has fallen through.

Well it passed it's MOT this morning.

Failed the first time as the indicator bulbs had gone white so 4 new bulbs later it sailed through with 2 advisories:

NSR tyre nearing legal limit
Centre Section of exhaust has been repaired

I realised how nice this car is to drive this morning and am doubting myself for selling it now

As you can see there are a few marks on the car (Dent on front wing at the top, crease on drivers rear door and a spot on the rear bumper which has been taped over by the previous owner. There is also a mark on one of the door cards which has also been taped over.

The car will need a new battery also as I had to use one from another car this morning.
