Fitted the new engine in car, (when fitted to the other car all was working well) the turbo counter not working engine a bit noisey sounds like the turbo is not working, the abs light on dashboard staying on, rad fans coming on and staying on, but i think this is down to wrong relay in place.
any one have any ideas what it could be the problem/s. (need to get the turbo and abs sorted for mot)

You did not seem interested in the offer to bring round a clean ABS ECU so I left it.
Thought I would come for some bits before too long anyway so could explain then.
The reason for a clean ECU is that even if you repair all faults if the ECU has recorded a serious shut down ABS fault the light stays up.

Will try to drop a clean ecu round over in the next day or so.
Then get your current one read for faults.
