As title listing K3 NCA obviously meant something to someone to put an older reg. on to it (As it would have been originally on a N reg. plate being registered new on 02/08/95) , IMHO with a BIN of £750 (or make an offer) with 260K the seller is being rather optimistic given the half-finished state its in !

I asked and they weren't going to budge on the price at all

Sad as i think it will stay around for a long while at that price considering some full cars sell for that much
