Hi

I'm new here but have been a Citroen enthusiast for years and have had 2 XM V6's (which I owned for a total of 13 years). I have found an XM I really want to buy but need to free up some drive space for it. That means my very rare C6 Exclusive Petrol (they sold 30!) has to go as I am not selling my CX GTi Turbo 2 Familiale (yes really). The C6 has to be the car you always promised yourself and now I have found the XM I want I am prepared to move on the price; you would also be helping me back into the XM fold.

We met at Stratford...fellow Cov grad..with the green grey XM and ...er illustrations!!

So what XM have you found. There are a couple of nice ones about on car and classic at the moment. I see a certain someone in March has a lovely White 2.0 SEi....with those wheels!!!!

Hi Russ and Matthew. I've found a LOVELY silver 1991 series 1 2.1 SED man with those wheels and Bosch pump. But the C6 has to go or no XM...

It shouldn't be a Bosch pump on a 1991 car.

Is it the one being advertised at present?

If it is the Great Paxton one it looks very nice. They have sold a few XMs over the last year or so. I was very tempted by a 2.5 they had a while back.

Getting back to the topic your C6 looks lovely and the petrolness of it makes it most unusual. Unfortunately I can't afford the Renault 4 I really fancy, so a C6 is definitely out of the question! GLWTS.

I just had a look at the Great Paxton car add and noticed that it has a S2 front bumper fitted and the timber gear knob is also not origina for what it is worth! Regards, Matthew T.

HA, I was going to say Will, this has been about and popped up a couple of times. It has the strange cruise control switch on the centre console.
Nice looking car...and it has those wheels...
