it was up for sale last year around the time i MOT'ed it, all it failed on then was a rear brake not working fully, turned out to be the flexi partially collapsed internally,
the rust my friend ( David ) shows in the photos around the front wheel arches is mostly surface, as a few years ago i rebuilt those areas and the metal is still solid,
just requires rust proofing, preparing and painting,
overall it is fairly sound
