Wanted - XM lockset

I'm after everything needed (door locks, ignition switch/barrel, boot lock, glovebox lock, alarm lock).
I got a set off a Xantia, the ignition switch and barrel etc fitted, but the door locks aren't the same (despite what sellers say on ebay).

Still in search of a decent set of S1 locks and keys. Also any guidance on reinstating the remote central locking!
I have three keys that all appear to be the same but won't operate all the locks!

Rob,
Mk.1 PILPPERS are hard coded to match, unlike Xantia units that can be matched by operation...
Quite why these XM ones stop talking to each other I dont know. I dont know if a match Xantia set will work in an XM.
I could try this, Ive got a Match Xantia set on a car breaking, and pleanty of S1 XMs to try it on..

Only early Mk 1 XM's have hard coded plip sets.
After Mk1 facelift XM's got self coding IR plip sets compatible with Xantia ones.
If you fit a Xantia IR receiver in a Mk 1 XM (early or late) it will work with the Xantia plip.
The later self coding XM plips can lean any self coding receiver XM or Xantia.
Code up one of each.
Keep the XM one for shows and use the Xantia one for day to day.

The three keys are two fixed (both Citroen branded) and one flip. The flip doesn't seem to operate anything and the button certainly doesn't open the doors. I haven't changed the battery in it so will give it the benefit of the doubt until proven dead!
Provided my leave isn't cancelled on Thursday and Friday my aim is to strip the rear O/S door and fix the window guide so that I can shut the window. I have bough an e-Crofting regulator repair kit just in case there are other issues. Then I will turn my attention to the N/S front door which has something rattling around inside and the key lock does nothing. That said the door does lock on the central locking!!
I have bought a couple of replacement door locks for £10 off Ebay as possible replacements for the door locks or as a source of spares to rebuild other locks on the car.
Would I be better just getting an after market alarm/central locking kit and fitting that with a separate plip?

Quite possibly Rob the best route to go with after market. It can be connected or joind to the cars exsisting CL unit, Which incidentally lives above the Parking brake release lever under the dash...
Theres a guide on here, or possibly Club-xm.com forum for rebuilding and sorting the dorr locks out to work again..

Rob, being a hyperactive one the electro valve is a lot more hardy, and so the e crofting kit won't fit for starters and secondly I very much doubt there will be an issue with the electrical components in the hydractive system.

Dean, e-Crofting do a whole range of stuff. I have bought their kit for replacing the wires in the window regulator in case mine are poorly. The Hydractive on my car seems to be working OK.
