Been emailed this
K696pot has been sorn for about 4 years keep planning to get it back on the road but haven't yet
102 k miles great engine and manual gear box brakes exhaust all good upholstery and electrics good battery flat paint work old but no rust one low press leak sunroof does not operate and heating control facia req requires someone like me who loves this great car but with know how and time it's time for me to let it go ...but to a good home for a fair offer
I have the phone number for the guy and he has said only offers in person will be entertained and wouldn't give me an estimate even which he has said is to try and make sure it goes to a good home and not the breakers yard...

PM me if interested before the weekend.

That's what I got as well but no pictures or rot description either really. So expect a basket case and anything else is a bonus but could be worth it as a parts car but not an sed either just an sd...

Unless you view you can never be sure, it could be a stunner, I know of a nice green mk2 2.1 manual hatch sitting in the weeds, been there for a good 5 years but all the usual rust spots are sound and the paint is good under the mould, if the paint was sound when it was laid up................

Not tempted yourself?

The guys had it on Sorn for four years, wants it to go to an enthusiast not a breakers, and yet wants a decision face to face in a week?

Good luck.

Yup! I declined straight away as I'm clearing out but thought maybe someone would offer them £200 for it to save it and do up but bet it's in need of loads of welding by now being sat so long!
