I need a replacement of item 12 as mine is missing. A 55.5mm diameter o-ring.

Can anyone either photograph and measure the thickness of one they have to hand so I can see if I can order a generic replacement?

Even better: could someone spare an original?

I think the 55,5 designation means diameter 55mm, profile 5mm

Ah okay, that's handy, thanks. It is the profile that I'm unsure about.

Yours is the setup where those two pipes are clipped together..

Later cars were modified and they were connected with a intermediate hose and two hose clip bands... Prehaps worth upgrading to that setup.. ? Thats if you cant get the O ring seal. Ive most likely got the three pipes here. You need to swap the one to the top of the turbo.. And the front one to the intercooler and the joining pipe..

Ordered one, 55mm x 5mm, made of Viton material. Nitrile would have been fine too I guess.

Thanks Paul, got the o-ring on order now. I will bear the upgrade in mind if I have difficulty getting it to seal with the original setup.
