Hi, I need a diagnostic connecting lead for my 94 XM. I have a problem with the ABS. Can anyone help please?

Do you need a lead to connect to a laptop, or are you just looking to read codes.
If the latter, a simple Blink Code reader will suffice. You can probe the connector and read the codes.

Hi dieselman. Thanks for your post. I just need to solve a ABS problem. If a blink code reader will do the job, great. Where can I buy one, and how much do they cost please.

Just make one out of a few parts. you need a push to make switch, an LED, a resistor, a couple of bits of wire, two battery connection clips and a pin connector.

i have built my own blink code reader that will display the codes numerical, I will upload the circuit i designed and built plus photos probably after xmas,
It works a treat

All parts available from maplin,i plan to build the pcb as currently on veroboard!
