There is no oil pressure gauge. But a coolant level checker. Its on a needle, and the oil level is a back lit visual level type marker.

I don't recall a coolant level checker from my early Si, it just had the normal gauges, Revs, Speed, Temp, Fuel, Oil level.

so oil level ..backlit gauge thing.....oil pressure ....the needle that pops up and back to rest.

Yaay.... It lights up to get your attention... oil level is rather important for a long engine life..

No. When the gauge illuminates, it is reading the oil level.

There is no visible oil pressure warning unless oil pressure is lost, at which point the dot matrix says low oil pressure, the main warning cluster illuminates the STOP light.

I know I just wish there was an S1 ES9 V6.. Trouble is, the engine and gearbox I love so much is just not available with the dash I love
