CCC CX, XM and Xantia Rally 2011.

Well I've managed to sort out all of the pictures but there's still a good load of them!

I'll start off with pictures from the Friday.

The fish and chip van arrived and lot's of people enjoyed it too. They don't half do a cracking fish supper. Pictured are two Xantias; Jim's Activa and Chris570 and I's old V6.

Yep, Darren's a nice chap - I believe that Dave and his brother went in it for the convoy run and thoroughly enjoyed it! I know what it's like...Matthew said he'd take me for a spin in his 24v but I didn't go back - another time though...!

Jason was grinning like a cheshire cat all the way home in the GTi Turbo 2 - he's been bitten by the bug again! Can't beat a GTi Turbo...

Congratulations indeed to Matthew for winning best Xm on show. I took it for a drive, and it was fabulous.

Yes well done for the brilliant photos Franklin (especially those sunsets) and to you and your Dad and others for organising such a great event. I really appreciated all the interest in and kind remarks about my 24v and certainly did not expect to win the prize and was very chuffed. Apologies you did not get a spin Franklin and I had also promised Darren (Turbo 2), partly due to the poor weather on Sun pm - definitely next time! It was great to see old friends and make new acquaintances in the XM world. I too particularly admired Will's XM SD and Dean's Activa and there were some very nice CXs around. Lets make next year even bigger! With regards, Matthew T.
