How to get emails of new messages?

I've checked the mail server logs, and its definitely submitting the messages to Google for your address, and getting an acknowledgement that the mail has been accepted for delivery.

I use Gmail too, and am getting them.
Stupid question, and apologies if you've checked this already, would it be putting them in your Spam folder? Mine were being dumped in there until I found it and declared them as not spam.

Mine's not doing anything. I have a gmail address. It's a bit more fundamental than that, I don't know where to turn it on or change settings etc! Please help out.

Is it in your spam folder in Gmail by any chance? Mine always puts it there.

And to get them back into your inbox, choose any one of them in the Spam box, open it, then click the "Not Spam" tab at the top, they then return to the inbox from then onwards!!

In User CP select the Board Preferences tab and elect to be notified of new messages, then save changes.

Thanks dieselman. Problem is, if I go to Board Preferences there isn't a setting to be notified of new messages, just notify new private messages.

Mine's the same. It sounds like you want subscriptions to threads.
