From the pictures it looks like a decent motor. Bodywork looks okay, interior very nice, mileage not killed - just in need of a little tlc.

Front height correctors don't tend to go pop, but a good dose of WD40 on both front and rear wouldn't hurt.

Not on the valve itself but the height valve is attached by plastic dog bone link to a lever.. Its the pivot the lever is on that needs to lubrication..

Thanks for the links, I wasn't all that sure about the fluid as it seem to come from various people are various prices.

I was reliably informed from a oil supplier, that all LHM+ is made by Total and rebottled in whatever brand it is being sold as. Certainy theirs is rebranded Total. The rationale is that it is a low volume product, so not economical for an oil supplier to make their own.
