Re-seating the swirl chambers is part of skimming these heads....so that will be done to give the correct protrusion and correct the angle.

I must say I've never changed idi injector seals.. Never had issues with them like some do with modern Di injectors.. But it's up to you.

Tried soaking, tried cold, tried hammer/screwdriver.....they are very stuck. A job for the machine shop then, as I will only end up damaging the seat.

Re: Hello Chaps....new owner
Decided not to be a defeatist
After lots of faffing about being gentle I decided hitting stuff hard can be a good thing
So I set about bashing the cr## out of the washers.
This is what I had, not the copper has flowed into/under the lower threaded area, compression, heat & time. I took a thin but blunt metal screwdriver and cut 90deg to the washer, rapid tapping rather than hammering "pushed" the copper out of the way. I made two cuts at 90deg the width of the screwdrivers blade apart. A third "cut" I made at the back, this goes in a lot easier, so again lots of gentle taps with a big hammer This moves the chunk Pushed out completely A few taps at the edge now allows the washer to bend releasing it Out.

What "faffing about being gentle" gets you
(I will say this until it is broken)
Conclusion = HIT IT HARDER (I will say this until it is broken)

Help me ID these seals, washers etc.....I am assuming the seals are crank shaft and camshaft ? Not even a clue what the washers No2 & No3 are

2 n 3 are what go into the injector nozzle port.. Fire proof seals I think. Not sure why there's two sets..
