I've still been a tooth out with pins in. But I think only I can manage that..
Only on initial fitment, you won't be able to refit the pins after rotating the engine two turns.
It's due to the fuel pump pulley rocking backwards, allied to not enough tension on the front side of the belt when installing, thus the front run being one tooth out.
If necessary, when fitting the belt onto the pump pulley, rotate the pump forwards while still pinned, to ensure the belt is tight along its front run.

That looks like an e-crofting diode kit was fitted to the loom.
Have you removed it and fitted a pair of diodes now?
It looks like the terminals are still there, so maybe not.

I have left the Diode box in place, I have not seen a problem with them on my other cars.....what problems do you think they cause ?

They don't cause any problem, just the opposite.
They are just two diodes inside an enclosure, so I would simply solder a pair of diodes into the loom, then remove the excess wire and box.
By the look of things you should be filling your garage with evil diesel smoke very soon.

If you do fit a couple of diodes instead, make sure they're the right way round: cathode (the band) to the ECU cable, other end to a good Gnd. 400v 6A is a sturdy rating.

Moving on
Aux belt on, ECU's on, more brackets re-blacked etc.....oh, I stopped after torquing up the crank pulley.

Those pesky brake calipers can be hard, when the socket slips off the bolt.
Best remove them...who needs brakes...

Crack an injector union. Spin it over till the fuel starts spurting out then tighten it. Then go for the start.
