Hi to all you XMer's out there,
I have been meaning to join the 'Tribe' for a while even on the old Club-XM Forum (I was actually trying to join up on the day it died, and I even E-mailed 'Noz' but got no reply) as that site helped me out with some of the the technical stuff especially with the ABS gremlins I had with my XM last year,and having spent 2 to 3 day's on ABS issues and changing a front and rear sensor I'm not phased with tackling them when they go wrong !
Anyhow I live in Derby and I run a 'M' reg 2.5 TD VSX hatch (Magenta) with 223K miles, as my daily runner which I have had from August 2001.
I met a few of the 'Tribe' @ the recent CXM meeting (robert_e_smart, bantam (Paul), red_dwarfers (Kev) and others sorry I can't remember the names of the others I met), I also went to the National, Stratford and Wetherby meetings this year too for the first time.
BTW it was me that pointed my brother (xm_on_a_shoestring) in the right direction to get a 'Vibration Pulley Damper' for his 2.5 TD estate when he placed a POST on the old Club-XM Forum if some of you can remember ?
There was also a mention on THIS Forum/Site about it too !

Hi Robert you certainly did, you had quite a few items IIRC correctly (I came down to the meeting with Tim in his blue BX TRS who's on the BXC and does the BX write ups on CCC which won Trophy's both at the National and Stratford meetings) !

Thanks, Kev for being concerned for me I've also posted twice as many times as you since joining up
Anyhow I hope your keeping okay, also Have you found the XM of your dreams yet ?
BTW You just missed a very cheap XM Exclusive on E-Bay for £132 unless you bought it, (I suppose your still running the X_ _ tia).

Welcome to the club, you came on when I was on holiday so I missed you. Pleased you have been able to make good use of the info on the forum to keep your XM running - that's what its all about.
