Moving on.....
Belt on, belt covers, engine mount, engine lowered onto mounts, water pipes connected, intake chamber on.
Not long now

One damaged part however...bugger

I ALWAYS test the belt is on correctly timing wise.. before covering up. Nothing worse then going to start and it's a tooth out..
(just to make you feel better)...
I've still been a tooth out with pins in. But I think only I can manage that..

Broken dipstick tops are a long, long PSA tradition, so it would be a shame if you didn't do your bit.

1st join with Super Glue gel, I then slipped on a thin slightly oversized washer which I roughed up and used the epoxy mix to secure this to the "cap", whilst still workable I "filled" any gaps and worked/applied a shoulder to act as a support to the flexible plastic to reduce the flex at the neck/metal interface.

That's only suspension... They rarely work so they can be ignored.
Now.. If I remeber rightly when I worked on an epic car it would not go without the altinator belt on for some reason..
