How to get emails of new messages?

Sorry if this is a really stupid question and also if its the wrong place to post this.
I've been around for a few months so I really should know the answer.
Is there a way of getting emails of all new postings on the forum?
I only logon every few days, but I would be really interested to get possible interesting posts as they happen. It seems to be possible on most other forums but I can't find how to do it here.

There seems to be a problem with that Andrew, we should be able to but I'm not getting them either.

It should be working now.

However if you're using AOL mail, you'll never get any emails from this site, as their service rejects them for some reason. We have the same problem at work.

Everything else should be fine.
