Jacking point covers are very rare. I have been told iwhen new they were not fitted to the cars at the factory, but we're supplied loose and the dealers were supposed to fit them.
I have only seen one XM with them, I suspect that they were discarded by dealers. It might be interesting to 3D print some replicas.
