Breaking my 2,1td s2 estate :-(

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

I didn't want to break it only some silly little sod who's just passed his test has just ploughed his piece of s""t BMW into the back of it at speed, luckily it was parked up at the time so the only injuries were the afformentioned little tit and a couple of his mates out for a spin with him... My xm is a complete write off and I'll probably get bugger all for it from the insurance. Good xm estates are getting like hen's teeth over here so to say that i'm miffed would be like comparing Hitler to mother Teresa...

Nice to get that off my chest, Colin.P

ps. did I mention the s2 leather steering wheel if anyone's interested ? I'm not out to make a profit but don't want to see goodies that I've struggled to get going to the scrappy...

Strut tops will indeed be coming off as they're in great condition - they're actually a pair from a hydractive car that I had to manufacture reducers for as the piping on non-hydo cars is a lot smaller. I've spent alot of time and money on this car over the years grumble grumble...

Strut tops are non hydractive though, could they be machined out for hydractive pipework?

Hi Colin

Those hydraulic reducers would be useful to put in my hydraulic test kit if that is possible.
Sorry to hear about the totally unnecessary shunt writing the car off.

If it's a sinker with FDV, I seem to have developed a fetish for regulators, FDV, pump and pipework.

Is Paul having the strut tops, if not I will joint the queue.
The diesel filter and pipes might be useful too.
