John, I found your XM thro' the completed listing search facility, so just for the record I hope you don't mind that I've put the link in for the E-BAY listing, so that forum members can see what they may of missed out on !

I also hope you got a good offer from WHM (Which made you pull the listing) ?

EDIT :- I had another thorough look thro' the E-Bay link /\ and when I saw the last photo showing all the logbook/service history/Mot's (And saw the Citronome of Derby Wallet) I thought I remember this one when it was on E-Bay before John bought it, as I can remember Will's comment (So I typed in Poo in the search field and found it straight away) :-

is that a stone on the bonnet - the mark appears in all the photos!

Probably a leaf or bird poo.

The link to the PREVIOUS Forums/posting when it was sold for £620, it will be very interesting to see what WHM put it up for next ?

i got the 2000 xm for £620 when i went to look at it it was untidy to say the least but you could see that all it wanted wasa good clean it drove really well its never let me down and has been a great car ive sold it to wolsey house for £700 and i now own a 1999 2.1 turbo diesel vsx which i bought earlier in the year ive kept it off the road and will be going for its mot sometime next week

Hi Ciarán, as expected its now listed on E-BAY but not for quite as much as you predicted

Will, it was just one of those rather unusual for sale posting/threads you tend to remember with your 'Poo' comment and Nigel's posting (Below) from the original FOR-SALE thread :-

Read the questions & answers section at the bottom:

"Q: how hard are you wanting to sell this nice car? you haven't even bothered to vacuum it. jesus. Is your house this filthy??

Made me laugh, I bet the asker was someone off here.

Right the bumpers on that look like S1 style bumpers, or am I wrong? They're the same as on my 1995 2.5 TD S2 but I'd always assumed cos it was an early 95 it was fitted with S1 bumpers.

Any how just to up date the WHM ad, which had the 'Two Car's' under one listing, it can be seen from the E-BAY listing that 'W193 PEF' has now been SOLD !

W193 PEF has BEEN SOLD!

Leaving 'W89 ONB' available (but still shows 6 photo's of the one that's been sold)
