Although I will comment that a Maikonics Kitted CX GTi Turbo 2 is oh so much fun. You're looking at 250BHP and 320 FT/Lb Torque... We've a Maikonics Kit here still and I'm thinking of putting it on dads Prestige Turbo 2... There's only around 10 'kits around worldwide from what I've researched...Re Paul's comment about GTi Turbo 2 power is that they're probably around 180/185BHP what with the intercooler and other small changes. I believe they didn't alter the specs due to tax laws or something.
PRV 24V is a nice engine, dad commented that the power delivery is nice and smooth and you can tell its not turbocharged like the CX GTi Turbo. Hasn't pushed it much he although definitely feels that there's a good amount of power three. I distinctively remember Roger saying that "I've had 150MPH out of one of those on two occasions".
Our C6 is just the 2.7 HDi although does tank along very well indeed and don't forget they're Twin Turbo too! I can imagine that the 3.0 lump is even better.
