xm mk1 auto box valve block required

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Ive got a perfectly good tct box Malcolm which would be a shame to break up..

i have though got a v6 12v auto box that has a snatch between 3rd and 4th gear.. if the box is any good for the valve block let me know.. it will never go back in again...

Hello Robert,
I don,t need a full gearbox only the valve block assembly, fits under the square pan on the top of the box.
Need to alter the gearchange speed on one of our mk2 diesels. from 38mph down to approx 32mph.Always horrible on the mk2 box, waiting for the 2ed gear to change.
Hard work when running in towns

Isn't the governor what dictated the gear change speed?

No, the governer is just a hydraulic speed sensor, the valve block takes this hydraulic signal combined with its factory settings to determind gear change points. Ask anyone who has tried putting a petrol block in a derv or vise versa.
