Selling the C6 to buy an XM

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

It is the Paxton car. Don't mind the S2 front bumper. Would quite like to fit a set of S1 wood and the leather single spoke wheel if anyone has one. Annoyingly that lovely estate on eBay has both of those things but I don't want an estate.

Unfortunally S1 wood is getting a bit thin on the ground, and S1 single spoke Leather wheels rather scarse due to being fitted to V6 SEi and V6 24v models. Early SED models did NOT have a leather wheel..

Be carefull James, as Will said, a 1991 Manual car should NOT have a Bosch Pump. It should have a Lucas mechanical pump which will be Strictly Diesel Fed only. No funny oil.

Bosch pumps arrived later on in 1992 when there was a switch to EGR and alloy inlet manifold.

I wouldn't fit a woody door trim either, the leather looks better imho.

The Estate Andy is selling is a Series 2 interior.

I would second that keeping the interior all black. Infact I would say an all black leather interior is rarer.

I like the wood trim Paul...very much, but for originalities sake I would always keep what the car was meant to have.

Wheels are different they can be changed in an hour or less!

For the sake of originality, would people "upgrade" a velour interior to leather, or keep it standard.

Thats down to trim preference... I like leather and Wood, so Yes I would do it, but others wouldn't

Peronally, I have found the veour interiors to be more comfortale than the leather.
