Another job now that has become apparent is at some point I need to get the headliner out as its started to sag at two points after the moisture build up over winter....the cloth is perfect still but just needs to be re glued back on....

It's not so much that it's a big job, it's a fiddly, time consuming one.

The headliner itself will pull back off the boarding with ease, then rub down the board with a steel brush to get rid of the old glue, spray the board with Sikaflex and slowly press the lining back onto the board with the palm of your hands pushing from the sunroof area to the back and sides equally.

The pain is removing and re-fixing all of the trim holding the headlining in and removing and then re-fixing the headlining back into the car.
