Hi All

I have tried to keep hold of my first love XM for too long now but the time has come I must let it go quickly. I have had this since 2003 and its served me well through Uni days but then became a hobby car when I got a company car in 2006. I tried to get the MOT done in time for ICCCR in 2012 to show and sell but the garage couldn't prepare in time. I then lost my company car through a change of position at work so carried on using the XM but now about to get a nice new Audi by the company again. I still also have the Xantia (also advertised on auto trader) and simply can't carry 4 cars (including my wifes Golf) on the driveway.

I come from a Citroen family, my dad owned Pee Jay Motors in Leeds (Fiat and Citroen specialist) for 25 years but now emigrated to New Zealand. The car has been well looked after with just about everything replaced during the 11 years its been with me. The car has been MOT at the beginning of this month so plenty of drive time for the prospective buyer. There are many added features which I have installed such as:
- intergrated 7inch monitors to the headrests and DVD player in the center console
- Rear parking sensors with driver visual and sound aid
- Improved sound system all round

I have probably spent too much in recent years to keep on the road but can't help the love for the car. However, i don't have the skill set or know how to manage any more for any future issues.

MOT until 2nd July 2015
11 Months Tax (disabled registered so will need swapping over)
Silver in colour, 2 new mitchilin, full leather, full electrics (faulty sunroof motor), boot lined with new carpet

On top of the regular servicing, the major work that's taken place over recent years is as follows:
2014 - Steering Rack replaced, Welding under Sills, replaced internal air fan, new heater matrix
2013 - 2 new Mitchelin tyres, New Link Rod ends
2012 - New Glow Plugs, New Spheres all round including front central, New head Gasket, reconditioned injectors, new water pump, new timing belt
2011 - Strut Tops replaced
2010 - Exhaust system replaced
2008 - Clutch replaced

Current issues:
- Central locking can be locked on both drivers and passenger door, however drivers lock doesnt open all the locks - passenger side does though
- Electric sunroof doesn't work - I have a replacement motor but don't have the expertese to replace it.
- Rear electric windows are slow and can stick but this is due to not being used so runners need cleaning out. (I can do this before you buy it)
- I have installed a new heater Matrix but in the middle of replacing the connecting pipes (I can have this done before you buy)
