Selling off one (or bits

) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

1/ Because the auto was the same list price, that's why I chose one new.
2/ The fit was perfect on all panels from new, Citroen were very proud of their robotised production line with all panels fitted by computer controlled robots and aligned by laser.
I suspect htey just need adjusting.

Dieselman I agree with you !
I think that its quite possible that the seller may have just left the the hatchback down lightly touch-closed whilst the 'Autumnal' photo's were taken (They could have just taken a coat out of the boot to keep warm) and didn't fully shut/close the hatch, therefore causing it showing a slightly proud position for that reason only
And probably did realize that it was going to get picked up by the anoraks types on this Forum

They'd have to pay *me* to get an autobox!
On the alignment issue, Dean has advised elsewhere that it's because the rear lights have been off and it's a pain to fit them back right!
cheers

Great to see someone else who likes manuals! You're in a minority here it seems!
Andrew
So Andrew I'm not in such a minority in this part of the wood as, my friend lives just two miles down the road and brother is just two miles up the road and hes has a 2.5 TD and my friends old 2.1 TD which is also a manual, plus my two makes five manual XM's within a radius of four miles

So with Peter N, that's really at least SIX now
Back on topic has anyone viewed the Gold XM yet ?, looks

in such a nice Colour !

Such a nice colour, same colour as my first S1 XM, 2.1SD, think it was called Champagne in the brochure, (which, by the way was a manual, same as is my current Green 2.1TD VSX, so thats 2 more to the count

)
Previous XM- 1990 H 2.1TD SD
Current XM- 1997 P 2.1TD VSX
